Hi everybody, this one is possibly a bit strange. I am very interested in pre-Colombian and especially Maya culture and have made various visits to quite a few sites in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras and Belize. I have been very lucky to have seen three out of the four remaining Maya codices in Dresden, Madrid and Mexico City. The fourth one is in the National library in Paris and not exhibited and not open for the public. Does anybody have an idea if an exhibition is planned for the foreseeable future or any other way I could get to see it in person? I don’t have the academic qualification to ask for access but would love to be able to see it now that I have seen the marvellous other three. Thanks!
