I was browsing on Reddit and I came across this Julius Caesar knife block. Considering the circumstances of his death, I thought it was amusing, but also disturbing in a way.

Does anybody else have any weird or interesting finds that have been influenced by history?

I actually made something very similar (it’s a pencil holder but based off of that same bust) to that for my brother after he acted in Julius Caesar in a college play. Now it resides in the college library.

You can 3D print it for ~12 dollars.

Right. Same here. The same bust but as a pencil holder. Yes, a bit odd - but I love it. I don’t use it for pencils/pens - I hang my reading glasses cleaning cloth on it like a toga.
