I think everyone knows about Ancient Aliens show here . SO DO YOU THINK SHOW HAS ITS CREDIBILITY OR NO ? I think its our bias of present time affluence that leads us to underestimate their ability ie of ancient people .
I believe that there are things that can’t be explained in this world and that we’re most likely not alone in this universe, but I also believe that ancient civilisations were a lot more clever and advanced than we give them credit for. There is no scientific evidence for the existence of ancient aliens because quite simply there is no such thing.
If there are aliens, I don’t think they want anything to do with us humans and are keeping their distance for a reason. I can’t see them coming down to earth to mix with ancient civilisations.

Indeed, the Ancient Aliens theory discredits the ingenuity of ancient people. In its root, the theory is colonialist at best and racist at worst.
Otherwise, I agree with Liana: It’s unlikely we’re alone in the universe, but until we have real proof, all those theories are conjecture and it’s far more likely that ancient people were cleverer than we give them credit – which is shown again and again in recent archaeological and historical discoveries.
@jvdc I read your article before . I had been really impressed by it and yes it has even made me think critically of the show . I actually also wrote an article on it on my substack . My question is actually do the presenters have got things right or are they promoting pseudoscience in garb of history .

I’d say that they get many facts right but they draw the wrong conclusions. 
A main point is maybe like I think they try to underestimate and in some way ignore human creativity in one episode they tell about a bird which has straight wings equating it with aeroplanes .
